New Generation User Experience and Enhanced Infotainment in the Volvo XC60

The updated xc60 volvo features Volvo Cars’ next-generation user experience, boasting a redesigned interface that is both safer and more intuitive. The infotainment system is now more personalized and streamlined compared to previous versions, integrating several built-in Google services.

As announced previously, Volvo is rolling out this new UX across its entire range, with all new Volvo cars leaving factories this year equipped with it. Furthermore, approximately 2.5 million existing Volvo customers globally, with cars built as far back as 2020, will receive this upgrade via an over-the-air update later in the year.

A significant upgrade to the user interface is the inclusion of a larger 11.2-inch, free-standing central touchscreen in the xc60 volvo. This expanded screen real estate unlocks a wider array of features, applications, and seamless over-the-air updates. The display’s pixel density has been increased by 21 percent, resulting in sharper and clearer visuals.
