For those seeking an elevated experience, our Optional In-Home Delivery & Setup service brings white-glove treatment directly to your doorstep. For a nominal additional fee per order, our specialized delivery team will schedule a precise 4-hour delivery window to perfectly fit your day. Beyond simple delivery, this service includes complete setup of your new mattress and, if desired, the removal of your old mattress, foundation, or box spring. Please note that mattress removal availability may vary by location due to specific Covid restrictions, and our team cannot remove bed frames or other bedroom furniture. Mattresses, Toppers, Foundations: The 365-Night Comfort Guarantee
Invest in your sleep with absolute confidence. Our mattresses, toppers, and foundations are backed by a full year (365 nights) sleep guarantee. We believe in allowing ample time to adjust to your new sleep surface, and therefore require a 30-day adjustment period from the date of delivery. Should you find within that first year that your selection isn’t the perfect match, we simplify the return process. We will arrange for a convenient pickup and process a complete refund. There’s no need to wrestle with repackaging a mattress for shipment. For toppers and other eligible returns, we may request that you repackage the item for a straightforward drop-off at a local donation center. Our dedicated donation experts will provide clear guidance throughout this process, ensuring a smooth and responsible return.
To ensure a seamless return process, we do have a few straightforward conditions: returned mattresses, toppers, and foundations must have their original law labels attached, and mattresses must have been used with a proper foundation or supportive base. Please note that a traditional box spring (containing springs) might not provide sufficient support. To maintain the integrity of the mattress and ensure fair donation, we also require that mattresses be properly rotated head-to-toe, once a month for the initial six months, and then every other month thereafter. Returned items must also be in a condition suitable for donation, meaning they are free from stains and burns. For Queen, King, and California King sizes, a proper supportive base necessitates a center support, or the use of our Easy Foundation. For slatted bed frames in these sizes, slats must be no more than 5 inches apart to provide adequate support. Bedding & Sheets: The 100-Night Dream Assurance

If they don’t meet your expectations, you can return them for a full refund to your original payment method. Returned bedding must be unstained and in good condition for donation, aligning with our commitment to sustainability within hybrid luxury.
Yoga Essentials, Pillows, and More: 30-Day Satisfaction Window
For yoga cushions, mats, pillows, and all other non-furniture products (excluding adjustable bases), we offer a 30-day return window from delivery. You can return these items within this period for a complete refund to your original payment form. Kindly note our policy of one yoga mat return per household.
Exceptions: Adjustable Bases, Crib Mattresses, Furniture, and Select Items
Please be aware that trials are not offered on adjustable bases, crib mattresses, furniture, linen throw blankets, and gift cards. These items are considered non-refundable.
