The extended warranty adds an additional one (1) year of protection to your instrument. It’s important to note that the extended warranty applies specifically to the Pro30 instrument itself and excludes cables, probes, and other accessories. Each extended warranty certificate is linked to a specific Pro30 instrument serial number and is non-transferable.

Should you need to utilize your warranty, accessing service is simple. When returning your product for service, please ensure you include proof of purchase for both the Pro30 instrument and the extended warranty, and send it, with prepaid transportation, to the YSI Authorized Service Center designated by YSI. Following repair or replacement, your instrument will be returned to you with transportation prepaid. Repaired or replacement products are warranted for the remaining duration of the original warranty period or for a minimum of 90 days from the date of service completion, whichever is longer.
