Registration for the Prime Time Care program is now open for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year across all elementary schools. This enriching program provides a safe, engaging, and fun environment for your child before and after school hours. Prime Time Care is more than just childcare; it’s A Time To Care Program designed to support your child’s growth and well-being beyond the regular school day.
Please be aware that several of our popular locations are currently experiencing high demand and have waitlists in effect. These locations include Commerce, Guest, Keith, Oakley Park, Meadowbrook, Walled Lake Elementary, Wixom, Dublin, Loon Lake, Pleasant Lake, and Hickory Woods. If you wish to register for these schools, you can still do so to be added to the waitlist, and we will notify you if space becomes available.
For parents of preschoolers attending the Early Childhood Center, registration information is handled separately. Please contact Deborah Olsen directly at [email protected] to inquire about registration for the Early Childhood Center. Note that we are currently only accepting registrations for AM Prime Time Care at the Early Childhood Center, as the PM program is at full capacity.

Step-by-Step Guide to Prime Time Care Registration
To register your child for the Prime Time Care program, simply click the “Register for Prime Time Care” button above. Once the registration page loads, you will need to click on “Start”. Even if you have previously used our online portal, a new account creation is required for this registration period.
Follow each prompt carefully to set up your new account. This will involve creating a unique username and password, providing a valid email address, and setting up a security question for account recovery. After completing these steps, click “save and next” to proceed. You can then register each of your students individually. Make sure to complete all fields marked with a red asterisk (*), as these are mandatory for finalizing your registration. Incomplete registrations cannot be processed.
Upon successful completion of the registration form, you will receive a confirmation message. Following this, within 3 business days, you will receive an email (please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox) with further instructions. This email will guide you on how to complete your program calendar selection and make the necessary payment. To finalize these steps, you will need your Skyward Family Access login credentials. If you do not have a Skyward Family Access account, please email [email protected] to request one.
Important Reminder: Your registration for a time to care program is only considered fully complete once your program calendar is submitted AND payment is successfully processed.
Key Points to Remember During Registration
When filling out the registration form, it is crucial to provide at least two emergency contacts who are NOT the child’s parents. While we will always attempt to contact parents first in any situation, having alternative emergency contacts ensures we can reach someone promptly if needed. Listing parents as emergency contacts will cause delays in processing your registration as this information will need to be corrected.
During the registration process, you will encounter links to the program contract and the parent handbook. It is essential to click on these links and thoroughly read these documents. They contain vital information about the Prime Time Care program, including details about program pricing, operational policies, and other important guidelines. Understanding these documents will help ensure a smooth and positive experience with a time to care program.
